The project objective is developing and establishing an information system for training management NAPA, which shall be interactive and which shall enable implementation of e-services, such as on-line registration of training attendees, automatic distribution of information, information on the training programmes, information on trainers and lecturers, as well as the link to the NAPA e-Courses for learning. The central database shall be relation-based and simple for expansion. All tables, relations and keys shall be documented. The IS shall include the required forms for managing all users: trainers, lecturers, attendees, courses, events and it shall enable communication between the NAPA and the users. The IS shall own the reporting system which will generate the pre-defined NAPA reports. The platform shall be available in Serbian (Cyrilic and Latin scripts). Documentation must be mechanically legible and the users shall need a use permit which will enable them to fill in the documentation or modify it. Aside from this, the IS shall be designed so that it can become interoperable with the HRMIS in the future –HR Management Information System in Public Administration.
