The project objective is to support and strengthen the instituional mechanism for continous training of the existing and future state management and civil servants in the public sector in Serbia. With regard to this, the project is primarily focused on providing support to the National Academy of Public Administration in the following fields: drafting of technical documentation for construction works, works on reconstruction and furnishing the allocated premises, all in accordance with the latest standards ensuring energy efficency, health and safety at work, close cooperation in performing tasks and efficent management, capacity building on individual and institutional levels, including designing of internal e-processes, designing of new programmes of training and redesigning the existing ones in accordance with the global trends in public administration regarding harmonisation with the fourth industrial revolution, introducing a modern platform of e-learning via efficent electronic multimedial educational technologies, support for international cooperation, research as well as gradual promotion of the Academy.
